Palazzo Rosadi is a beautifully restored historical manor house dating from 1785.
It offers 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a private pool. It is a luxurious country home in a wonderful location near the little village of Monterchi (near Arezzo), all surrounded by a wide, private park with a wonderful garden and a pool warmed by an all day sun exposure with an impressive panoramic view.
Palazzo Rosadi offers a unique accommodation. You will find precious period furniture and all the modern comforts making your stay pleasant and relaxing.

The nearest village is Monterchi at 2,5 km (reachable on foot through a country road). Cortona is 45 km, Siena 91 km, Florence at 105 km, and San Gimignano is 147 km.

The house is set in a wide, private park (25 hectares) crossed by grassed paths which go through the woods, ideal for gentle walks or running. The very well maintained garden is over 3 terraces.
In the first level of the garden, just below the house, there is a swimming pool (12 x 6 mt; depth: 1,5 mt) equipped with sun-beds and chairs. A stone barn has been renovated into a large, quality shower/changing room complete with WC serving the pool.
The owner can put next to the pool a heated Jacuzzi (on request at time of booking): the cost is € 250 per week.
From the paved poolside area guests may take full advantage of the magnificent view looking over small hilltop towns and villages with the Apennine mountain range forming the backdrop in the far distance. The owners also offer 2 mountain bikes, a barbecue area, table tennis, satellite TV, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, and a hairdryer in each bathroom. Free WI-FI internet available both in the villa and in the outside areas.

The owners for the Palazzo Rosadi can arrange for breakfast, dinner, and cooking lessons with a chef. Description
This charming, small house, was recently completely restored and equipped with all modern facilities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms, hi-fi system, fax machine, wi-fi connection and satellite TV. It is located in a very quiet position 3 kms away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area. The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. It has a salted water filter system that avoids the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining. The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy. The property La Capinera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hour’s drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away. Resident cats at the property.

Description
This pretty farmhouse is located 2 km away from Castelvecchio di Compito, a small medieval village on the hills between Lucca and Pisa. The area, known as Compitese, is renowned for its fine olive oil and for its beautiful camellias. The house is placed in a very quiet position and enjoys magnificent views on the surrounding countryside and the plane below. The owners have been renting for many years another property in our program, Al Mennucci, and when restoring Nel Guasto they used all the experience they achieved during the past years. During the restoration work they took great care in using only authentic Tuscan materials and they furnished the interiors with a nice combination of antique furniture and modern facilities, including flat tv in each room. Particular attention was given to the kitchen /dining area, very light, comfortable and well-organized, and to the outside eating area, close to the stone-built barbecue and pizza-oven, where to enjoy out-door meals with beautiful views. The swimming pool is placed in the most panoramic position on the very well kept garden. Nel Guasto is a real oasis of peace and relax, but being at only 15 km from the nearest motorway exit it is also an ideal base for touring Tuscany.

This attractive stone built farmhouse was completely and immaculately restored. The owner has used authentic Tuscan materials, such as cotto floors, beamed ceilings, and exposed brickwork. The wooden flooring on the second floor is all hand made.The interiors are particularly light and have been equipped with modern comforts such as air-conditioning in the bedrooms and wi-fi internet connection. This property also benefits from a large, flat garden, completely fenced and surrounded by trees, making Broccolo an ideal place for families, the children being able to play around outside without dangers. The swimming pool is located 50 metres from the house, close to a patio with barbecue and pizza oven, ideal for evening meals. On the other side of the house the comfortable kitchen opens onto a veranda, ideal for al fresco meals. The location of the house is very convenient for visiting the main Tuscan towns. It is only 12 Km from the centre of Lucca and, being only 6 Km from a motorway exit, it is also possible to reach Florence in less than 50 minutes, and both Pisa and the beaches in half an hour.

BOTANIC PARK (Private Garden)
The Parco Della Nave was built in the second half of the 1800s and became part of the landscape, in a period when this widespread style of garden was known as the English or Naturalistic style.
In the main house there is a common room (80 sqm) available on request for the renters (extra cost € 60/day, to be paid in advance with the rent): dining room with fireplace, with kitchen (20 sqm) and bathroom, where 50 people can be accommodated and can eat together.

This exceptionally beautiful property is located in a very quiet and spectacular position, just a few kilometres away from the lovely village of Montalcino. The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The central part of the villa and the right wing have recently been totally restored, maintaining the cotto floors and the beamed ceilings, yet adding all modern comforts. This pretty property is located in a very quiet position within walking distance of the 12th century village of Palaia, and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, with olive groves, vineyards and medieval villages. The area is known as the Chianti of the Pisan hills and is an ideal base for visiting the nearby Tuscan towns of Montaione, Certaldo, Volterra and San Gimignano. Situated less than 20 minutes from the highway exit, Florence can also be reached in 40 minutes. The property has been recently restored by the owners who have used it in the past as a summer residence. The outside living spaces and the fenced garden are particularly well maintained and make the property ideal for families with children. On one side of the house there is a covered loggia, furnished for outdoor dining. Ther is a second outdoor dining area with built in barbecue/oven allowing guests to dine in the Tuscan sunshine. This comfortable house is located in a quiet and sunny position on the Versilian hills, at the foot of the Apuan Alps. It is at only five km from Camaiore and 12 km away from Pietrasanta. These two historic towns are rich in art crafts shops, art galleries, trendy restaurants and boutiques and during summer time they offer a number of festivals and art exhibitions. The Versilia beaches with the famous towns of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi with their restaurants, shops and night clubs are also very close by. The house is plunged in a green setting with beautiful views over the surrounding valley. It has been equipped for enjoying at its best the outdoor life. Just outside the living area there is a covered terrace equipped for outdoor meals overlooking the very well-kept garden and swimming pool (10 x 6 m). The interiors are simple but comfortable and include modern amenities such as wi-fi and air-conditioning (at extra cost) in three bedrooms. On the lower floor, at the pool level, there are a spacious and cool sitting room and two extra bedrooms that can accommodate four more people. Being these two bedrooms less bright and not at the same standard of the others, we describe the house for 6 + 4 people. The property is ideal for those looking for a seaside resort, being at only 12 km from the beaches, and at same time it is an ideal base for touring this part of Tuscany. Lucca is only 25 km away and Pisa is 35 km away. Its position is also very convenient for the proximity of a restaurant, food shop and café, all within a few kilometers. For those fond of walking the surroundings offer several nice paths to discover. The last part of the road leading to the house is narrow and can be difficult for big vans.
