This beautiful villa is situated a few kilometres from the ancient village of Malmantile and only 15 kilometres from Florence. It is an original stone Florentine villa, built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower. Most of the very spacious rooms have vaulted ceilings. A 600 metre drive leads to the house through the vast grounds of this property. The villa is situated in the centre of an estate producing olive oil and wine. The present owner has restored the ancient tower and converted it into a confortable villa, furnishing it with antiques. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. From the garden, and especially from the pool, there are lovely views of the countryside and villages nearby. There is a private swimming pool and a tennis court.

Description
I Gelsomini is a lovely farmhouse, situated only 5 km from Lucca. The house has been restored by the owners, Italian architects, who used it until recently as their home. They successfully preserved the character of the old farmhouse, with its antique cotto floors and beamed ceilings. A covered patio connects the main house to the huge sitting room (100 sq. metres) that has been made out of the original hayloft, whose structure has been maintained yet modernized with parquet floor, fireplace and large windows overlooking the pool. It is also at less than 4 km from the motorway exit and is perfect to explore Tuscany: Florence is less than 50 minutes away; Pisa and the beaches less than 20 minutes; the center of Lucca less than 5 minutes. Lucca is one of the most fascinating cities of Tuscany and I Gelsomini is a typical example of local architecture. On first floor there is a air-conditioning unit to refresh the whole floor.

Villa Il Segreto is located in a dominant position on the hills of Versilia, in Tuscany, with spectacular panoramic sea view up to Livorno and islands such as Gorgona and sometimes even Elba. This property is located in a valley only 2 kms from the centre of Camaiore, a lovely small town 10 kms from the beaches of Versilia. The position is very quiet. The whole small valley belongs to the same owner, who has restored both La Damigella and Alisso, the other property on the estate we represent in our program. The two properties have their own big garden and total privacy. La Damigella was immaculately renovated by its discerning owners and has been furnished with all modern comforts. Villa Clara is a typical 18th Century Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of an estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live. The owners have fully furnished it in an elegant style and have provided modern amenities, such as internet connection. This beautiful property is situated among olive groves and vineyards on the hills east of Lucca. It is composed of a very old stone-built house and a guesthouse. From both of them one can enjoy magnificent views. A particular feature of the main house, dating back probably to the 13th century, is a beautiful open loggia offering glorious views of the surrounding valley. The owner, an architect and designer by profession, furnished the property with period furniture while maintaining the character of the original structure. This property was built on the ruins of one of the old farmhouses dating back to 1600 belonging to the villa nearby owned by a noble family. It is located on top of the hill in the South side of Lucca countryside, only 7 km from the historic city center. It has been totally restored a few years ago using traditional materials such as beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and maintaining an original pizza oven and barbecue outside the main entrance, thus keeping all the character of a typical Tuscan farmhouse. The result is a very comfortable country home furnished with all modern comforts, such as wi-fi, mosquito nets and air-conditioning in all bedrooms except a single one. A particular feature is the totally fenced pool area, protected by a gate that can be closed for kids safety with a comfortable gazebo with sofa and chairs. The pool is equipped with upstream swim. The last few miles of the road leading to the property are quite curvy and pass through beautiful high antique stonewalls. Being the road quite narrow on some points, we recommend to those not familiar with this kind of country roads not to hire large vans

Magrini is a pretty stone-built farmhouse belonging to the Fubbiano estate where guests can enjoy the farm atmospheres and landscapes. The house is situated in a very quiet position at the border of the estate, a few hundred metres from the borgo with wine cellars and olive oil mill. The white and red D.O.C. wines and extra virgin olive oil are among the best in the Lucca area and are available for purchase by clients, as well as other local products. From the house, beautiful views can be enjoyed of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves on the estate, and also the pretty village of San Gennaro which is just a few minutes walk away, reachable through a country path. A lovely swimming pool (10 x 4) has been installed in a very panoramic position, on a slightly higher hillock. The English-speaking manager of the estate is available for assistance. She lives in an independent house adjacent to Al Magrini but in no way she interfers with clients' privacy.

The owners of the estate decided to start an organic farm where the classic plants of the Tuscan Maremma spontaneously grow and are lovingly cultivated. They decided to maintain a sound rapport with the territory and therefore only 30 types of Mediterranean flora are cultivated. The farm has developed its own extracts and essential oils into a full line of natural cosmetics, food supplements and herbal teas. The pre-existing stone-built farmhouse has been renovated in total respect of the rural architecture of the area and is now a lovingly furnished eco-farm that reflects the owners' love for nature. Nevertheless it has been furnished in a very nice countryside style and equipped with all modern comforts including a high-speed internet connection not easy to find in that area. The accommodation is split in two parts. In the main one there are four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and accessible by the garden thus granting totally independence and privacy. In front of it, on a lower level, is the living space that includes a huge sitting-dining area, kitchen and a covered veranda. The housekeeper prepares a light bio breakfast in the morning (included) and is available for preparing dinners at extra cost. The secluded position is an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in harmony with nature. A lovely stone-built swimming pool and a Jacuzzi bath have been installed in a panoramic position granting breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside and the Maremman coastline. For those that will feel leaving this paradise the worldwide Saturnia spa with its beautiful 18 holes golf course, and the lovely Etruscan villages of Pitigliano and Sovana are all within 25 minutes drive. The Vulci archaeological park is ten minutes away and for sea lovers the beautiful Capalbio beach is 30 minutes away. We are sure there is no better than enjoying a Jacuzzi herbal bath in front of the sunset after a trip to one of these destinations. Cooking courses and wine tastings are available on the property.

This imposing stone-built farmhouse is situated only 1 km away from the lovely village of Radda in Chianti, yet it is in a quiet position on the rolling hills. This is a wonderful location, right in the heart of Chianti Classico, and only 35 kms from Siena. Campassole has been recently restored and tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped and both the large sitting room and the dining room open, via French doors, to the front garden with outdoor dining area.

Along with the beamed ceilings and cotto floors, typical of the Tuscan tradition, warm colours were chosen for the interiors, making it charming and comfortable. Montevigna’s unique style has been portrayed in several interior design magazines. The stone-built property is located above the village of Marlia, famous for the historical villas of Lucca and their magnificent parks. This makes the views from the garden and swimming pool spectacular, since scattered in the surrounding countryside, with its olive groves, it is possible to see Villa Grabau and Villa Reale, where Elisa Bonaparte Baciocchi, Napoleon’s sister and Princess of Lucca, resided.
