The courses are informal and taught in the restaurant which is situated at Villa Fabbroni (800 mt from Villa Panzalla) in the ambience of a typical Tuscan wine cellar with arched brick ceilings and stone walls, where wine was once fermented in large chestnut barrels. The cooking lessons are about the traditional Tuscan “Cucina Povera” (country cooking ). The farm also produces a fine extra virgin olive oil which is used in all the cooking.

Strada in Chianti, the closest village, is only 3 km far and endowed with small shops and restaurants, all the same Greve in Chianti, 13 km far, is the typical village of the area, immersed onto the renowned vineyards which produce the Chianti, one of the most celebrated wines all over the world.
One apartment in the farmhouse and the old barn. In the main villa there are two apartments, in one of them live the owners, the other IL GLICINE is at clients disposal. I PINI, on the other hand, is an adjoining independent house, born from the careful restoration of an ancient barn with a private, enclosed garden.

The beautiful swimming pool (size mt. 6x10, depth mt. 1,30-1,50), edged round with natural stone, is placed among olives and is occasionally used also by the owners. At clients disposal a very panoramic terrace which dominates the below valley, a well-kept garden, equipped with swing seat, barbecue and wood burning oven. The two apartments, well furnished in the typical Tuscan style, offer a good level of comfort which, bond to the uniqueness of the place, will ensure an unforgettable holiday in the Chianti region.
