Eine traumhafte Anlage, die wir dringend weiterempfehlen können. Es passt alles und die Gastgeber sind sehr entgegenkommend und haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Auch mit mehreren Familien ist mit all den Räumen die Privatsphäre gewährleistet.

Wir hatten im April einen wunderbaren 10tägigen Urlaub in der Villa Il Giardino mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Hund. Wegen des traumhaften Panoramablicks und den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen mit sich daran anschließendem Sternenhimmel haben wir die Abende in der Villa sehr genossen.
Die Betten sind herrlich bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein qualitativ hochwertiges Mückennetz, das wir im April jedoch nicht wirklich benötigt hatten.
Es gibt im ganzen Haus zahlreiche Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten mit Schränken und Regalen.
Der Autoabstellplatz war für unseren Seat Tarraco ausreichend, ein weiteres Auto hätte jedoch nicht gepasst. Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist unproblematisch.
Die Villa ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderausflüge in das bergige Hinterland, diverse Städte (z.B. Lucca und Pisa), natürlich an den Strand und auch zum Klettern.
Die Villa selbst liegt absolut ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Der Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt und wunderschön mit zahlreichen Zitrusbäumen und mediterranen Pflanzen bestückt.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen gerne wieder!

La experiencia ha sido EXCELENTE: tanto por la casa y sus estancias como por el servicio y atencion de Luis y l equipo de mantenimiento.
Las habitaciones grandes, bien decoradas con todo tipo de detalles de calidad y gusto. Los espacios comunes grandes y confortables para la familia. Cocina equipada perfectamente para cualquier menu. El jardin maravilloso.
Sin duda ha sido una experiencia para no olvidar.
La ubicacion es maravillosa por sus vistas y proximidad a una ciudad como Lucca con todos los servicios, aunque se deba subir por una carretera de curvas que a veces se hace algo pesada, pero es el precio de tener una casa con vistas de ensueño!

Podere molto bello in una posizione super comoda . Unica nota dolente , il costo del riscaldamento super eccessivo 6€ al mq , c’era scritto nella descrizione ma comunque non capisco perché così alto . Per il resto tutto perfetto

We had a lovely stay at Villa Le Caggia over Christmas. The owner had decorated the house and put up a Christmas tree. We were two families and a total 9 people and the property accommodated all of us easily. The game room is great but a little cold in the winter as it doesn't have heat (other than a wood burning fireplace which we used to heat the room a little). The property is also fairly remote up winding, narrow roads. While it is fairly close to Siena (about 30 mins) and other Tuscan towns, there is not much that is closer to the villa. The nearest grocery store is really just outside of Siena and there are only a few restaurant options within about 20 mins. So, just be prepared to stay in an enjoy the lovely villa itself.
