Excellent Villa Review Rating DetailsA very wonderful authentic place, beautifully situated with views in every direction. The house is charming with lots of room to both be together or withdraw privately. 6 separate rooms (2x3 ppl, 3x2 ppl (maybe more) and 1x1 person) plus 1 large dbl room (or 3?) on first floor with semi-open connection with ground floor. Two kitchens. Piano and pool. Lots of beautiful bathrooms so most rooms are more or less equally attractive.
The pool is wonderful but not heated which probably doesn't matter in the summertime. Would love to come back.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Excellent Villa Review Rating DetailsWe enjoyed every aspect of the apartment. The owners were very helpful in locating a pair of crutches after my wife twisted her ankle in Cortona. We chose to park on the street instead of the driveway only because we were going in and out so often. The patio has a wonderful view of the vineyards that grow right down to the town. Full kitchen meant we could shop at the local supermarket and make some meals in house. I would recommend this place highly for the easy access to both Florence and the Chianti region and beyond. The Viciani family are perfect hosts.

Raphael and Marianella, caretaker and cook were really helpful and the food was delicious. All the makings for a memorable vacation

Average Villa Review Rating DetailsConsidérant l'accès plutôt compliqué à notre appartement, un deuxième trousseau de clés aurait été nécessaire. L'équipement de la cuisine est moins que minimal. Il fallait se déplacer près de l'appartement du propriétaire pour avoir accès à l'Internet.

Excellent Villa Review Rating DetailsNous avons passé trois nuits sur la propriété, dans l'appartement "Scaletta" et en sommes repartis ravis.
Le cadre est magnifique, avec une vue extraordinaire sur San Giminiano et les terres agricoles avoisinantes.
Nous avons eu l'occasion de faire une dégustation des vins produits sur place avec David qui a été super autant pour sa gentillesse que dans ses connaissances et explications sur les différents vins et leur production.
Si nous retournons en Toscane, nous séjournerons certainement à nouveau ici!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Excellent Villa Review Rating DetailsUsed to high standards 4 to 5 star hotels the two of us (Swiss) decided to rent a house in Tuscany. We immediately felt at ease. Upon our arrival the owners were very welcome and described us the property. Everything is at disposal in the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom. All very clean and taken care of. At disposal a huge barbecue and wood upon demand without extra payment. Just fabulous. We came beginning of October and the pool was still open and lighten up from 8pm till 2 am. Pool and surroundings of the property are cleaned daily !!!
The property is far enough from the owners who leave you at ease and do not disturb. Bushes and trees separate the two which provides great privacy
You can park your car just next to the house and a gate with remote control secures the entire property.
A place to recommend for a couple or three people who are looking for a wonderful place in a very nice location close to Siena, Arezzo, Firenze, Montelpuciano, Sangimigniano.
Stores five minutes away for groceries and also various outlets for the shopping fans.

Excellent Villa Review Rating DetailsExcellent property. We enjoyed it so very much. Beautiful tranquil setting truly Tuscan style. Luigi and staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent wine available and the pool area was a treat.
