The second pergola, measuring 20 square metres, includes a dining area and a heated hydromassage tub with chlorine purification, accommodating up to 6 people, alongside an adjacent stone shower. A second outdoor shower with hot water is also available near the main terrace. The laundry room is conveniently located between the entrance and the hydromassage area. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the flowering and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

This floor also features a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase and features a hallway with a secondary entrance. Here you will find 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub, one of which enjoys a sea-view balcony. A further double bedroom on this floor benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the same balcony. All fireplaces present in the villa are ornamental in nature.

Casale La Pieve is a wonderful Farmhouse on the hills of the Versilia area in Tuscany, just above Viareggio and Torre del Lago, and from here you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing sea view over the whole coast.
