A magnificent portico, ideal for leisurely lunches and romantic dinners, opens directly onto the beach and offers stunning views of the red sunsets over the sea. A wooden gate located just a few metres from the portico leads directly to the beach, where guests may set up sunbeds to enjoy the sun-filled days. 2 showers with hot water are available at the beach access point for added convenience. Both the sea-facing side and the pool side of the property are furnished with umbrellas, tables, and chairs, creating comfortable outdoor living areas throughout the estate. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The oval-shaped, non-heated swimming pool is positioned on the north side of the villa, nestled within a natural hollow in the sand dunes that already existed on the site, encircled by an amphitheatre of juniper hedges. In keeping with the owners' deep respect for the environment, no trees were cut down during its construction. The pool measures 9 x 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.90 metres, is purified with chlorine, and features a swimming upstream function. The surrounding pool area is equipped with a bar area, deckchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, a shower with hot water, tables, and chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
