Conveniently located in San Pancrazio, Italy in the tourist area "Central Tuscany" and only 33 km (20 mi) from Arezzo. Property Villa Il Prato is a lovely stone building (660 sq m) that includes private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to 17 people comfortably in nine bedrooms with ten bathrooms. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 17 km (10 mi) from the property where you can purchase your groceries and personal items.

The main villa is internally made of 4 different apartments.

Adjoining the main villa, there is a dependance on 2 levels, offering kitchen-living area with dining table, burners, fridge, freezer, TV, one small bathroom with wash-basin and shower on the ground level; on the upper level, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom with wash-basin, bidet, small shower, wc.
The dependance can be accessed from both the ground floor and the first floor.

A real time-saver is having a washing machine on the property that is available for the guests to use. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and playground.
