Property Description

Holiday Home Berso is located on the hills of Pistoia near Buggiano and the town of Montecatini Terme in Tuscany. Nestled in a beautiful Farm run by mother and daughter made up of three houses and a wonderful pool.

Two holiday homes (The Melia and Berso) are rented, while the large central house of the owners who will be on site and available to customers over the weekend.

The location offers unique views across the valley from the pool and from the steps leading to it and offers a rest assured vacation being away from the city.

The property is very large. It is reached from the main road passing by about 500 meters of dirt road (not suitable for too low cars, sport or large cars) reaching the gate.
From here you will reach the private parking space in front of the house.
The holiday home Berso is the last of the three, and this is the one that offers more privacy to its guests.

In front of the house there is a covered veranda where you can dine outdoors enjoying the dishes cooked with the barbecue immediately close or relax on the nearby deck chairs.
A little further down on a lower terrace

is a small gazebo covered with wisteria, even here you can eat and relax with a of view of the magnificent panorama.

Even more down and in front of the house there is a large garden/forest made on terraces where to run their dogs or playing with the kids.

Behind the house is a relaxation corner with benches and coffee table, all in stone.

The pool shared by the two houses is located about 200 meters behind the main house on a terrace with panoramic views. Here guests have sunbeds, umbrellas, a cabin to store their belongings and a shower.
The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and is 1.5 meters deep, open from May to September.
Pets are welcome.

Interior Description

Ground floor: access through the covered veranda in the dining area with table, chairs and stairs to the first floor.
On the left of the dining area is the kitchen, developed in length, with 4 cooking fires, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker.
Continuing from the kitchen you get to the laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Instead on the right part of the dining area is the living room with sofa bed, armchairs, fireplace and TV with foreign channels.

Going up the stairs you reach the corridor linking the first floor :
Bathroom with shower and room with sink.
Bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double.
Double bedroom.
Second bathroom with shower.

Most of the windows have mosquito nets.
