The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Les hôtes sont supers gentils et accueillants, la villa très grande avec tout le nécessaire. La piscine agréable en été. Le fait d’être dans une ferme permet de voir des animaux et nous pouvions profiter des légumes du jardin! Je recommande pour un dépaysement et du repos c’est la villa qu’il faut!

Overall a very nice villa with a lovely pool. The co located farm made a great addition for the children to meet the animals. The fresh vegetables straight from the field were very tasty.
