Just next door are the Mirafiume Tennis courts. The municipal swimming pool is within walking distance. A good supermarket can be reached in two minutes walking. The village of 'La Villa' has several good restaurants and stores.

Riverside villa is located just 200 m from Bagni di Lucca.

The nearest train station is the one of Fornoli, about 5 km from the villa.

The air is warmest around stomach height and colder around the head and feet! It has perfect conditions to help ailments such as poor circulation, stress and rheumatism. The caves are open between March and January in the mornings and the entry fee is €16.50 for Grotta Paolina and €14.50 for Grotta Grande.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ambiente verbringen dürfen,einziger Kritikpunkt ist die nicht vorgeheizte Wohnung gewesen,wahrscheinlich waren wir die ersten Mieter in der neuen Saison und mussten daher erst einmal die Räumlichkeiten soweit beheizen,dass es erträglich war,nur fanden wir die dadurch entstandenen Heizkosten für den kurzen Aufenthalt in Höhe von 85,-Euro zu hoch.Ansonsten können wir diese herrliche Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. The property is in good location although some trafic noise as it is on road, but the back is lovely with the river and river park.
The villa is old and in need of restoration and a much needed 'face lift'.
Lots of stairs to the bedrooms so if you have heavy suitcases - no good!
Close to shops and Bagni Di Lucca is very pretty.
