Holiday home Villa Magnolia is a nice stone building (240 sq m) that includes WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with five bathrooms. Conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Poggioni, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 15 km (9 mi) from Cortona.

Lovely villa nestled in the hills of Cortona.
So much space and very clean. The pool area was beautiful and the property was surrounded by fruit trees that we could pick from. The owners were at our disposal when we had questions and left us some Italian coffee, wine and Tuscan bread upon our arrival.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
The property is high in the mountain above Cortona. There is plenty of space for a large group. We had 8 adults and 5 small children. The pool is nice but not cleaned everyday. There is no air conditioning and no screens on the windows. Too many bugs! Make sure you arrive with essentials: toilet paper, napkins, disposable plates, water, etc. none of that is provided. The parking is very awkward.

This location is very cute. We had a nice holiday in the last august. The house is clean, organized with a wonderful garden. Surrounded by nature this home gives the opportunity for relaxing.

Schönes Haus in idyllischer Umgebung auf knapp 900 m/üM. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, nach Cortona sind es 20 Minuten Fahrzeit durch kurvenreiche Strassen.
Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Für die Jahreszeit war es etwas kalt und die Heizung ist sehr teuer.
Alles in allem für einen entspannten Urlaub sehr empfehlenswert.

The landlords are helpful and friendly.
It was a bit cold for the time of year and the heating is very expensive.
