Spacious living room with parquet tiled floors, 1 sofa, 1 double sofa-bed, tv and 2 windows. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. Stairs to the upper floor which has air-conditioning and electric heating plant, 1 bathroom with bathtub, WC and bidet. 1 spacious double bedroom with 1 double bedroom, wardrobe, chairs and television. 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 walk-through room with baby bed and roof windows with views onto the Tower Guinigi. The upper floor has terracotta tiled floor and sloping roof. The apartment is furnished with care and taste, the owner is a painter and has decorated each room with her paintings. All the windows have mosquito nets.
