Il Trinciatoio, with its magnificent panoramic terrace, gives you an unforgettable view to San Gimignano and the hills of Chianti and the Elsa Valley. Originally used as storage and cutting room for hay, Il Trinciatoio has terracotta flooring and typical exposed wooden beams and an imposing stone arch as typical apartments in Chianti hamlets. This vacation apartment with terrace is located on two floors.

The ground floor has a large living room with comfortable sofa bed and an open space kitchen. The kitchen is complete with: stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a refrigerator with freezer as well as a percolator coffee machine. Upon request we are happy to supply a microwave oven. The first floor is reached with a stone staircase and has two double bedrooms. Both the bedrooms are painted in pastel colors and are bright with beautiful panoramic views and silent and modern ceiling fans. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

The panoramic terrace is covered with a gazebo and has table, chairs, chaise lounge and a barbeque for outside dining and to enjoy incredible sunsets.
