The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Soggiorno eccellente, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, la casa è ristrutturata in ottime condizioni con tutti i servizi necessari. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento per 4 persone (300.2) che ha la vista spettacolare dal balcone. Le foto sono sul sito web sono mischiate e non si capisce molto quale appartamento ha la bella vista, ma internamente sono tutti e due bellissimi. C’è un cortile per un paio di macchine, ma il passaggio sulle stradine del borgo mi ha messo a dura prova con la mia station wagon. Una strada più giù c’è un bel parcheggio comodo con accesso alla casa in 2 minuti attraverso delle scale del borgo. Civitella è un borgo medievale bellissimo, tipico Toscano, e consiglio di passeggiare tra le stradine sia di giorno che di sera. Con l’auto si arriva in 30-60 minuti in tutti i posti da vedere della Toscana - Pienza, Montalcino, Scansano, Saturnia o il mare a Follonica o Marina di Grosseto ma anche i 5 minuti per visitare e degustazione di grappe alla distilleria Nannoni. Ma per qualsiasi consiglio, i proprietari dell’appartamento sono disponibilissimi.
