Fattoria Fronzano is a lovely stone building having a total of four independent apartments that is conveniently located 510 m (1636 ft) from San Donato Fronzano, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 35 km (22 mi) from Florence. Fattoria Fronzano, among other amenities, includes also shared pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
San Donato 2 Trilo (70sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
