Conveniently located 4 km (2 mi) from Monsummano Terme, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 37 km (23 mi) from Lucca. Villa Roncovisi is a beautiful stone building (500 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to 19 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms.
SPECIAL: by booking this villa (for a 7 nights stay minimum) the following services are included in the price:

Beautiful villa in the mountains - absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The inside has everything you could need and the outside is absolutely stunning. We also had Cristiano cater for us for some of the time and it was fantastic.

Renewal of vows celebration
August 2024
We had a superb week at Villa Roncovisi celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with close family and friends. The outside spaces are excellent we enjoyed eating every night under the wisteria tree and had much fun at the beautiful swimming pool. The property manager was friendly, professional and responsive.
Cristiano Melani was in charge of our renewal of vows celebration dinner and we could not be happier with the service and quality of food. Cristiano and his team went above and beyond, made our day feel truly special and our guests feel welcome.

prachtige omgeving, villa zwembad tuin lekker ruim opgezet.. wel wat ver van de bewoonde wereld of strand. we hadden kok erbij geboekt en ook ontbijt.en service hele dag.. dart was wel makkelijk.. maar niet zoveel service allen het nodige.. niet dat ze telkens kwam vragen voor drinken etc... eten was goe avonds alleen te hoge prijs betaalt .. lang verhaal kort meg gezin of 2 families ideaal.. niet als je ook nog de boel wil verkennen alles is te ver weg.. en personeel was aardig totdat de tijd erop zit dan is t hurry hurry..nergens aankomen eruit.. klokslag 10 uur.. ons vliegtuig vertrok smiddags dus ipv 10 tot 12 uur op het terrein.. gelijk niet meer naar binnen geen zwembad.. rustig op eenstoeltje wachten totdat t tijd is .. dat kon wel wat beter.. en rekening stroom word apart berekent je kan rekenen op 300 euro voor een week! :-(

Wir waren ein Kreis von 11 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern und hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren bequem, das Haus sauber und auch die Anlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A very wonderful authentic place, beautifully situated with views in every direction. The house is charming with lots of room to both be together or withdraw privately. 6 separate rooms (2x3 ppl, 3x2 ppl (maybe more) and 1x1 person) plus 1 large dbl room (or 3?) on first floor with semi-open connection with ground floor. Two kitchens. Piano and pool. Lots of beautiful bathrooms so most rooms are more or less equally attractive.
The pool is wonderful but not heated which probably doesn't matter in the summertime. Would love to come back.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

4 score, bergweggetje naar het huis wel erg smal. Verder mooie ligging, mooi schoon en smaakvol ingerichte ruimtes, prachtige tuin en mooi zwembad. Jammer dat Electra nog eens extra betaald moest worden 350 EUR terwijl airco zeer beperkt gebruikt is en verlichting en jacuzzi eveneens niet.

The villa and its location are excellent.Amenities are fine, particularly the swimming pool; great for a family with children. The owners are friendly and helpful, but were not aware that we had agreed evening cooking for the duration of our stay. However, they were able to remedy this. The air conditioning did not function properly upon arrival, but this too was remedied. All in all, our family (8 adults, 5 children) is looking back on a great holiday in Villa Roncovisi.

Five stars. We rented the villa for a month and were very pleased with that decision. The owners were a delight to meet and visit with. The furnishings, rooms, grounds and pool were fantastic. Location to major destinations was very convenient. Heads up to the curving road near the house where the locals toot their horns....that was the ONLY downside.

Carmine & Ana - Bloomfield, NJ. We just returned from a week at Villa Roncovisi. We were a group of 5 families. Total 19 people. We had an AWESOME time. The owners were very attentive and available for any questions or concerns. There was an air conditioner issue and it was resolved promptly. So, we didnt have to sleep in the heat. Temperatures rose to over 90 degrees F. that week, but at night the temp. was wonderful. The villa was absolutely beautiful, the antiques and furniture makes it very warm and inviting. The bathrooms were modern and clean, which is important. Who wants to hold the shower handle when washing yourself. The pool was fabulous, we literally hanged outside from morning till night. The grounds are beautiful. Also, the villa is conveniently located, you can easily visit, Florence, Pisa, Lucca and even Bologna. Bottom line, this was the best villa so far. This is our 3rd time renting villas in Italy, once in Ischia and twice in Tuscany. I Would recommend Villa Roncovisi 100%. Kudos to Ann & Alessandro for a beautiful villa.

You will not be disappointed with this villa rental. All bathrooms have been 100 percent renovated. 4 of the 7 bedrooms have true king size beds. Home and antique furnishings are even nicer than pictures show. The 2 owners live near by and are a lovely couple and most helpful with anything you may need. They were a life saver for one in our party recovering lost luggage from the airline. If you are looking for a villa in the Tuscany area this property and it's gorgeous views should be your selection.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
