"Papavero" is a spacious 3-room vacation rental situated on the first floor, thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double room upon request at the time of booking. The living and dining area is appointed with an open-hearth fireplace and offers direct access to a balcony, where guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dining table, 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment has 1 bathroom complete with a shower, bidet, and WC.

Gas heating is operational from November to April, and an additional charge may apply for its use during this period. Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of 1 dog to the property. If separate beds are preferred in the second bedroom rather than the converted double configuration, guests are kindly asked to specify this requirement at the time of booking to ensure the room is arranged accordingly upon arrival.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
