- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

We had a brilliant time in La Capannella. The house and garden were absolutely lovely. There was lots of space in the house and the pool was really clean and cool. The hosts (who live next door) were so friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but we managed to communicate via Google translate! We are family of 4 and we would recommend it very highly indeed.

We loved our stay at the villa. Grazia and Sergio were so lovely. They were so helpful and even out some tomatoes they had grown in their garden through to us. The house is beautiful and so unique - lots of memorabilia from the cinema that the owners family used to own. The pool was amazing - set in a lovely garden with fruit trees and flowers. Everything was so well kept. Spotlessly clean and just everything you could want from a holiday home. We would love to visit again.
