Petra is a nice holiday home (80 sq m) with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to four people comfortably in two bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 2 km (1 mi) from Nievole, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 40 km (25 mi) from Lucca.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Maison spacieuse très agréable, très bien équipée dans un très beau cadre silencieux et à proximité des sites intéressants à visiter ; ainsi que de l’accès rapide aux lignes de trains internes pour voir d’autres villes touristiques.
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement chaleureux, accueillants et disponibles en cas de nécessité ; d’une grande gentillesse et ont contribués à la qualité et au bon déroulement de ce séjour en Toscane.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet excellent gîte tenu par Enza et Juliano que nous remercions de tout cœur.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Enza und Giuliano empfangen,und die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und verwöhnten und mit Produkten aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen im August in Nievole verbracht es war der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Toscana zu erkunden. Auf der eigenen großen Terrasse kann man den Tag herrlich ausklingen lassen und man einen tollen Blick auf die Hügel der Toscana Der schön angelegte und von Guiliano gepflegte Pool hau eine willkommene Abkühlung geboten. Wie waren Sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für zwei tolle Ferienwochen an Enza und Giuliano

The house was very clean and very well equipped. We spent two very nice holiday weeks in August in Nievole - it was the ideal starting point for exploring Tuscany. un endroit magique et très bien situé pour des visites de principales villes comme Florence, Lucca, Pise, les cinq terres, San Gimigiano etc..... Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, pleins d'attentions. Généreux, à l'écoute, discrets, disponibles. Je recommande cette maison atypique avec tout le confort . Nous avons adoré l'endroit. A voir Montecatini terme. Des vacances inoubliables.

A very nice place for a family!
The view on the terrace is really amazing! You can spend your day there, watching the scenery! The garden is beautiful and the 3 bathrooms very handy.

The owners, Enza and Giuliano, are really welcoming, nice and friendly: they welcome us with a bottle of Chianti and an homemade cake; we had free access to their vegetable garden, full of tasty tomatoes; they gave us some homemade jams, pizza, tiramisu and cooked tomates, all very good and genuine! At the and, Enza even offered us to stay a few days more for free as they didn't have customers and we left with gifts!
The only downside was mosquitoes: we were surprised to "find" some in Toscany but it is everywhere the same in this part of Italy. They seemed to have appeared 10 years ago. Anyway, with a few tricks and cream, it wasn't a big deal anymore.

Wir haben uns im Haus von Enza und Guiliano sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sowohl die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung als auch die super ausgestattete Küche haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Zur Begrüßung und auch während unseres Aufenthalts haben uns die Gastgeber kulinarisch verwöhnt.
Dieses Ferienhaus können und werden wir weiterempfehlen.
