Property Description

Conveniently located near Turignano, Italy in the tourist area "Chianti". Vacation rental Montespertoli Apartments is a beautiful property that includes WiFi internet and pool. The residence has been divided into a total of two independent apartments. The property can accommodate up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 8 km (5 mi) from the property where you can purchase your food and essentials.

The residence includes ten apartments, distributed between the two floors of the farmhouse and the old barn. We manage only 2 of them.

Upon arrival at Montespertoli Apartments you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the mountains perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. It's very convenient to have a washing machine on the property that is available for your laundry needs. Outside you will also find a tennis court, barbecue grill and playground. Each apartment has its own private living area with a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.
