Casale 180 is a beautiful property with a total of six independent apartments that is conveniently located 4 km (2 mi) from Monsagrati, Italy and only 12 km (8 mi) from Lucca. Casale 180, among other amenities, includes also shared pool and WiFi internet.
Serenella (50sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to four guests.
Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
