Villa Di Meletro is located 4 km (2 mi) from Chianni, Italy and only 44 km (27 mi) from Pisa. Villa Di Meletro is a lovely stone building with WiFi internet, hot tub and shared pool. The villa has been designed with a total of four private apartments. The property can accommodate up to 22 guests comfortably.

Common dining room is available and it can be used by all the guests staying at the Villa, but not the attached kitchen.
Guests can use this room to meet, drink coffee, soft drinks or wine, during the day.
It can also be used as a small conference centre to host meetings, demonstrations etc.
Breakfast which is prepared by the owner (included in the price of the accommodation) is served in this room.
Dinner (an optional extra) is also prepared and served in this dining room.
There is a bathroom directly off the dining room.
