Villa Berto is a beautiful stone building (210 sq m) with private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with four bathrooms. Conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Cortona, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 29 km (18 mi) from Arezzo. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items, but if you need a larger shopping center there is one located only 6 km (4 mi) from the property where you can purchase food and personal items.
The villa is on 2 levels and includes 3 independent units. Two apartments are on the ground floor (one of the two apartments comes with a larger living area which can accommodate up to 12 people), while the third is on the upper floor.
