This beautiful villa, at walking distance – 800 meters - to the beach, is in a green area surrounded by a huge pine forest and offers an excellent holiday for the family; the area also offers nice weather, pleasant surroundings and a wealth of culture.

The private garden of the villa features a magnificent swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 meters and 1,20 meters deep.

La Villa is divided into three tastefully furnished apartments.

The silence and the quite atmosphere you’ll find here do not represent an obstacle for those who want to find social life or to whoever wants to be close to the major art cities in Tuscany.

Forte dei Marmi is renowned worldwide as one of Tuscany's most exclusive and elegant beach resorts, favored over the centuries by royalty, noblemen, diplomats, business-men and artists who built their villas in the shade of Forte's vast pine woods.

The Versilian coastline on which Forte dei Marmi lies, offers visitors the chance to indulge in their favourite sports such as mountaineering, sailing, wind surfing, surfing, golf, tennis, walking, cycling, horse-riding.

The most convenient airports for this stretch of Tuscan coast are Pisa - 30 mins drive - and Florence - 1 hour drive - however the area has also a good access from Genoa, Bologna and Rome. The private airport of Cinquale is 10 mins away.

From Forte dei Marmi you can take daily boats trips to the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Elba island, Capraia island and have sightseeing tours of Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pistoia, the Marble Caves of Carrara, Chianti. Don’t forget mountain bike excursions in the Migliarino National Park and boat tours of the Massaciuccoli lake.

Seaside Garden apartment (180 m2 - sleeps 6)

Can accommodate 6 people and it’s located on the ground floor facing the seaside, it fully opens to the garden through the beautiful stained glass windows.

The apartment consists of:
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a dining room for six people
- a beautiful living area
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 double bedroom
- 2 private bathrooms
- 1 shared bathroom
