Villa Igea 13 is a beautiful holiday rental (550 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Conveniently located 12 km (7 mi) from Querce, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 14 km (9 mi) from Lucca.

What to Expect
This outstanding villa (main house, sleeps sleeps 8), together with the adjacent farmhouse (sleeps 5), has recently been restored to a very high standard. Both houses date from the 16th century, retaining all their historic features as a true Tuscan idyll. Villa Igea is ideal for discerning groups, who appreciate high quality comfort in a secluded environment. The property is set in a quiet location, high in the hills northwest of Lucca, with spectacular views. The owners have kept two farmhouses on the same estate for their own use and for the use of the multilingual house manager, about 80 m from the villa but in no way do they encroach on your privacy. The property has its own olive grove, producing fine organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil under its own label.
Upon arrival at Villa Igea 13 you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday.
