For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Wir durften einen schönen Urlaub in Riparbella vom 26.06.2021-9.07.2021 verbringen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es funktionierte alles wunderbar. Die Verteilung der Gäste am Pool war auch sehr gut und es war nie überfüllt. Das Restaurant auf dem Gelände ist nicht der Hit und die Preise sind völlig übertrieben. Da isst man besser und auch günstiger in Cecina Mare an der Promenade. Schade da, wenn das Restaurant besser kochen würde und die Preise auch stimmen würde hätten wir einige male dort gegessen. Aber so leider nicht. Da wir vor 4 Jahren bereits einen tollen Urlaub hier verbringen konnten ist uns aufgefallen das seit des Besitzers-Wechslung oder Führungswechsel eher genommen wird als geboten..... Sehr schade.
Vorteil währe wenn bei der Buchung der Anlageplan mit den Häuser und Wohnungen dabei wäre um zu sehen welche Wohnung man genau bucht.
