It's also just a short drive from some of Italy's most famous cities, including Lucca and Pisa. The villa is situated on a slope and is just 43 kilometers from the sea.

House "Fontanella" is the perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy a variety of activities during their stay. The property features a shared 1,000 square meter space with a terraced garden and lawn. Guests can also take a dip in the swimming pool (7 x 4 meters, depth 140 cm), which is available from May to October. There's even an outdoor shower and a children's playground on-site.

Please note that the access to the property is steep and narrow, and there is a stepped path (10 steps) to the house. However, parking is available on the premises for guests' convenience. The villa is also conveniently located near a bus stop (250 meters away) and a variety of shops and supermarkets, including a supermarket just 7.5 kilometers away.

There are also plenty of nearby attractions to keep guests entertained. The Collodi Pinocchio Park is just 12 kilometers away, while the Montecatini Terme, Monsummano Terme, and San Giuliano Terme are all within a 37-kilometer radius. Interior Description

This vacation home is a cozy 2-room house that spans over 45 square meters and is spread across two levels. The living/dining room is the perfect place to relax with an open-hearth fireplace for those cooler nights. The room is furnished with a dining table and satellite TV for your entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine.

The upper floor hosts the bedroom, which is furnished with one bed and one French bed (160 cm) and comes equipped with air conditioning. The room also has an exit to the terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful panoramic view. The shower/WC is located on the upper floor as well. Please note that gas heating is available only from 01.11. to 15.04.

The vacation home is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, and baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Moreover, you can stay connected with the free WiFi internet access available throughout the house. Reserved parking at the house is also available for your convenience.

For those who love to cook outdoors, the home has a portable barbecue on the terrace along with terrace furniture to relax and enjoy the stunning views. It is important to note that this vacation home is for non-smokers only.

The Villa Reale, or Villa Marlia, is one of the many beautiful historic estates located in the Tuscan countryside. There are lots of wonderful villas in the area around Lucca, in particular, and this property in an area called Marlia is especially lovely.
