On the first level, you will find a cozy living and sleeping room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, making it a versatile space for relaxation or additional sleeping arrangements. This floor also includes 2 bedrooms: one furnished with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. The first-level kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table for shared meals. A shower, bidet, and WC complete the bathroom facilities on this floor. From the kitchen, you can step directly onto the terrace to enjoy the fresh air and the surrounding natural scenery.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features a bright living room with access to a private balcony. This level also contains 2 additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 3 single beds. A second fully equipped kitchen mirrors the amenities of the first, offering an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine alongside a dining table. A second bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC serves this floor. The balcony and 2 covered terraces on this level offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forest, and are furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs for sunbathing and outdoor relaxation.

Please be aware that towels are not provided, so guests are advised to bring their own. As noted in the layout description, there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors, meaning the levels function independently of one another, which may be particularly suitable for 2 separate groups traveling together.
