Podere Piastriccio is a charming vacation rental spanning 115 square meters across 2 levels, offering a warm and rustic atmosphere with simple, characterful furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 7 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy.
On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area, which is centred around an open-hearth fireplace and includes a dining table for shared meals. This floor also contains a bedroom with a French bed measuring 150 cm, as well as an open entrance hall fitted with a sofa bed. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dedicated dining table. A bathroom with a toilet completes the ground floor layout.
The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and houses 2 additional bedrooms, one configured with 2 single beds and the other featuring a French bed of 150 cm. A second bathroom with a toilet is also located on this floor. From the upper level, you can enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Podere Piastriccio operates under a strict non-smoking policy, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Reserved parking is available directly at the property. Please be aware that the house is accessed via a dirt road stretching 1.6 kilometres in length. The communal pool is located 700 metres from the property. Logs for the fireplace are available for purchase at an additional cost, separate from the rental fee.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
