Weitläufiges Anwesen mit Pool. Die kleinen Reihenhäuser sind gut verteilt. Jedoch müssten die Wohnungen dringend renoviert werden (Türen streifen, Küchen- Esszimmermöbel sind sehr alt, Einbauküche ist voller Ablagerungen und alles stinkt nach Schimmel, Toilettenspülung war defekt), Aussenbereich war voll mit alten Bierbänken und Tischen, so dass wir einen Blick auf einen Müllberg hatten. Der Pool war nicht beheizt, jedoch groß genug zum gut schwimmen. Der Kiosk/ Restaurant war nur am Wochenende abends geöffnet zum Essen. Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine 15 km steile, sehr kurvige und teils marode Landstraße, dadurch ist das Anwesen aber schön am Berggipfel gelegen. Ruhig mit Obstbäumen. Die Mobilehomes und Zelte sind ganz neu 2024 und sehen toll aus. Odnung und Sauerkeit sollte an den öffentlichen Bereichen unbedingt verbessert werden. Ansonsten war Riparbella mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen und zum Meer und Stadt Cecina sowie zum Supermarkt musse eine Fahrtzeit mit Auto täglich von 30 min eingerechnet werden.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A sprawling property with a pool. The small terraced houses are well-spaced. However, the apartments are in dire need of renovation (doors are chipped, kitchen and dining room furniture is very old, the fitted kitchen is full of debris and everything stinks of mold, and the toilet flush is broken). The outdoor area was littered with old beer benches and tables, so we had a view of a mountain of garbage. The pool wasn't heated, but it was large enough for a good swim. The kiosk/restaurant was only open for dinner on weekend evenings. The path to the beach is along a 15-km steep, very winding, and partially dilapidated country road, but this makes the property beautifully situated on the mountaintop. It's quiet with fruit trees. The mobile homes and tents are brand new (2024) and look great. The tidiness and cleanliness of the common areas definitely need to be improved. Otherwise, Riparbella was easy to reach by car in just a few minutes, and the sea, the town of Cecina, and the supermarket were a 30-minute drive away daily.
