Villa Le Lame is a charming cottage located in a peaceful hamlet, only 7 kilometers away from Montieri, 15 kilometers from Massa Marittima, and 25 kilometers from Casole d'Elsa. The property is surrounded by the Tuscan countryside and is just 30 kilometers away from the sea.

The private villa sits on a fenced 700 square meter property with a well-kept terraced garden that includes a lush lawn. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the villa's 10 x 5 meter swimming pool, which is available seasonally from April 24th to October 14th. The pool features a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system that ensures a clean and healthy swimming environment.

Villa Le Lame offers plenty of outdoor activities for guests, including table tennis, a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a children's playground. Please note that heating is available only between November 1st and April 15th. Guests should be aware that the property is accessible via a 3 kilometer long bumpy motor road. Parking is available on the premises.

The villa is conveniently located near several amenities, with a shop just 3 kilometers away and a supermarket only 6 kilometers away. Guests can also visit a nearby riding stable, which is just 7 kilometers away. Please note that there may be animals in the neighborhood, adding to the authentic Tuscan experience.

Interior Description

Villa Le Lame (MTI150) is a charming and tastefully furnished six-room house that spans over two levels. The house boasts a panoramic window with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table and satellite TV in the living/dining room. Guests can also access the veranda from the living/dining room.

There are two rooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is equipped with two hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, six gas rings, a freezer and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, guests can find a double bedroom with a shower/WC and a room with two beds. There is also another double bedroom and a shower/WC. The house comes with gas heating, and guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the countryside from the terrace. Terrace furniture and deck chairs are also available for guests to use.

For families with young children, the house provides a washing machine, a children's high chair and a baby cot. Guests should note that the house is strictly non-smoking, and only two pets or dogs are allowed on the property.

It is important to note that when there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
