The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm and features a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 individual beds and has access to a bathroom that includes a bidet and a separate WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 1. For families traveling with young children, a baby cot is available upon request, making the apartment a practical and welcoming choice for guests of all ages.

Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Een prachtige, rustige plek in de heuvels van Toscane, precies tussen Grosseto en Scansano in. Het uitzicht is fantastisch aan alle kanten.
