Lunaria is a beautifully appointed vacation rental situated on the ground floor, offering a bright and spacious living environment fully renovated in 2012 with tasteful and stylish furnishings throughout. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 guests and features 1 bedroom alongside 1 bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for a small family or a couple travelling with a child.

The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with a dining table and direct access to the garden, from which guests can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding countryside. The 1 open large double bedroom is furnished with 1 bed measuring 160 cm in width as well as 1 sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. An open kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment features elegant parquet and natural stone floors throughout, and a terrace, garden, and lawn are accessible directly from the living area, offering a perfect outdoor setting to relax and unwind.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
