Description
Alle Fornaci is a lovely stone building having a total of 15 separate apartments that is conveniently located in the centre of Latereto, Italy in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings" and only 22 km (14 mi) from Arezzo. Alle Fornaci, among other amenities, includes also shared pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Mattacchione (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
