Alle Fornaci is a lovely stone building with a total of 15 independent apartments that is conveniently located in the centre of Latereto, Italy in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings" and only 22 km (14 mi) from Arezzo. Alle Fornaci, among other amenities, includes also pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Zi Toni (60sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
