The Agriturismo La Fonte di Trequanda is an old farmhouse inhabited since 1700 and is located in the middle of a 5-hectare estate, one of which is woodland and the other cultivated with olive groves, vegetable gardens, orchards and vineyards. The farm is now divided into 4 apartments, 3 for rent and one for the owners. The apartments have their own equipped outdoor area, share a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (size m. 12x5, depth m. 1.10-1.70) with a large shaded gazebo, a tennis court and a well-kept garden adorned with plants and flowers. One of the 3 apartments is suitable for people with disabilities.
The ancient village of Trequanda. The small and ancient village of Trequanda, which has maintained the charm of the medieval castle, is located just 900 m. from the property and is easily accessible on foot with a walk through the hills of the Siena countryside. The village offers small and typical food shops, including one of the most famous Chianina meat butchers in the area, and some restaurants. In Sinalunga, about 7 km away there are services of all kinds. The thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo, with their characteristic calcareous formations, can be reached with a short drive.
Apartments facilities. The apartments, tastefully furnished with local antiques, offer a good level of comfort and recall the warm atmosphere of the past. At guests' disposal Wi-Fi access, barbecue area, washing machine in common use, parking, children's games and volleyball court. At the Fonte di Trequanda you can taste and buy olive oil and wine, the fruit of the land surrounding the farm, and enjoy every day the products of the garden and orchard available to guests.
