Description
Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
Il Sole Di Vino is a nice property with a total of five independent units that is conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Vinci, Italy in the tourist area "Montecatini" and only 44 km (27 mi) from Florence. Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool.
Sole Di Vino - 3 (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir haben im Juni 2025 zwei unvergessliche Wochen im Agriturismo Il Sole di Vino verbracht – ein wahres Paradies inmitten der toskanischen Hügel. Als kleine Familie mit Kind fühlten wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gepflegt, modern ausgestattet und dennoch typisch toskanisch – mit traumhaftem Infinitypool, herrlichem Blick über die Landschaft, eigenem Gemüsegarten, Grillplatz und Spielraum.
Unser großzügiges Appartement "Pisa" war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, durchdacht ausgestattet und trotz Sommerhitze angenehm kühl – dank innovativer Fußbodenkühlung. Jeder Gast hat am Pool einen eigenen überdachten Sitzplatz – eine rundum durchdachte Lösung! Dadurch kann man mit die anderen Gästen Kontakt haben oder auch nicht, je nach Lust und Tagesstimmung.
Ein ganz besonderes Highlight sind die Gastgeber: Martina und Lorenzo sind mit vollem Herzblut dabei – herzlich, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich. Lorenzo kennt die Region bestens und hatte immer großartige Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände, Restaurants und Märkte. Wir haben wunderbare Tage in Lucca, Pistoia (Am Markttag) und am Meer verbracht.
Ein echtes Highlight waren auch die hauseigenen Produkte – besonders der Rotwein, das Olivenöl und der Honig. Ab einer Woche Aufenthalt gibt es sogar ein gratis Tasting aller Produkte: Die in extrem leckerer Abend für uns!
Vielen lieben Dank, Martina und Lorenzo – für Eure außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Ein Ort mit Seele, Ruhe und Stil – mehr als fünf Sterne wert!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
This place is AMAZING! Clean and beautiful apartments, the pool is always clean, the yard with a view of the mountains is a perfect place to spend the evenings! Lorenzo and Martina are the most caring hosts ever!They took care of us until the last second, thank you again for that! I recommend it to everyone, their hospitality is priceless.

Martina & Lorenzo’s farmhouse is absolutely beautiful, lovely local restaurants, everything you need in the apartments. Beautiful grounds. The apartments are done to an exceptionally high standard and are very very clean, as is the pool area and outside area. Highly recommend and have recommended to everyone since we’ve returned! Een van de mooiste plekken die wij in Toscane hebben bezocht. Van te voren werd er door Lorenzo en Martina al heel netjes contact gezocht over de aankomst tijd! Eenmaal aangekomen wordt je heel hartelijk ontvangen en krijg je een perfecte uitleg over alles op het terrein. Een mooi verhaal hoe ze het oude pand helemaal gerenoveerd hebben.. alles ziet er daadwerkelijk prachtig uit in het huisje. In de tuin heb je een eigen plekje met daarop ligstoelen en een eettafel in de schaduw daarnaast heb je ook nog privé bedden aan het prachtig gelegen zwembad! Met een adembenemend uitzicht rondom de valleien en plaatsjes! De service en betrokkenheid die Lorenzo en Martina bieden is het toppunt van gastvrijheid. Lorenzo die onderhoud een groentetuin waar de gasten gratis van mogen plukken en eten! Daarnaast hebben ze een goede kennis van de omgeving en de dingen die er te doen zijn.

Once you have arrived you will be welcomed very warmly and you will receive a perfect explanation about everything on the site. A nice story about how they completely renovated the old building .. everything really looks beautiful in the house. In the garden you have your own spot with sun loungers and a dining table in the shade, in addition, you also have private beds at the beautifully situated swimming pool! With a breathtaking view around the valleys and villages! The service and commitment that Lorenzo and Martina provide is the pinnacle of hospitality. Lorenzo who maintains a vegetable garden that the guests can pick and eat for free! In addition, they have a good knowledge of the area and the things to do there.
