In fact the owners offer a full package including not only the accommodation and venue fee but also the wedding meal and various other meals such as a pizza party, a brunch and breakfast.

Catering - The client may choose from a wide range of menu alternatives for meals, events and weddings. The owner can propose personalised proposals according to client's preferences. Third-party caterers are not allowed and the events can be arranged only if previously agreed upon and organized by the property's staff.

Once the deposit of the rental has been paid, it is necessary to sign a separate agreement with the owner about the wedding service and to pay the relative deposit amount of €3000 to the owners, within 15 days from the reservation of the villa.
The deposit of €3000 is considered as a not refundable prepayment for the Catering Service offered exclusively by the property.

-Catering Service - The food services included in the standard packages are an example of meal configuration, that can further personalised. Minimum catering spending during the stay for different meals is €8800.
The final price depends on several factors such as the number of partecipants, menu and event style.
The catering package is obbligatory and NOT included in the rental rates.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

A separate and extra event fee is required once the reservation has been confirmed to put in motion the necessary steps to finalize the organization of such an event.

A second deposit of 25% of the total rent amount is required 180 days before arrival.

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

All the payments must be made by wire transfer and are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation of the booking, regardless of the reason, due to the type of commitment required by Easy Reserve and the property owner in the organization of the event, there can be no refund permitted of any amounts paid up to that point.

The refund of any other payment for event-related services that have not been collected by Easy Reserve will depend on the terms and conditions of the agreements between the customer and the third parties service providers.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Castelletto which far exceeded our expectations! The villa is beautiful, well kept and has multiple picturesque locations.
Our wedding ran very smoothly and was a perfect day, despite a bit of rain as the inside rooms are just as grand as the facade and gardens.

The rooms are really spacious and well serviced. We would highly recommend a stay and wedding here,
