The living and dining area is furnished in a practical and comfortable manner, featuring a TV and an exit leading out to the terrace. One room contains a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm, a kitchen corner, a shower, bidet, and toilet, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. This room also has an exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom and another room with two beds, both with exits to the patio. Additionally, there is a bath, bidet, and toilet on this level.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that includes four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and freezer. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 15th. Outdoor spaces include a 20-square-meter terrace, a patio, and a small 15-square-meter garden. Terrace furniture and four deck chairs are provided, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the town. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
