One room contains a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm, a kitchen corner, a shower, bidet, and toilet, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. This room also has an exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom and another room with two beds, both with exits to the patio. Additionally, there is a bath, bidet, and toilet on this level.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that includes four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and freezer. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 15th. Outdoor spaces include a 20-square-meter terrace, a patio, and a small 15-square-meter garden. Terrace furniture and four deck chairs are provided, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the town. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
