The villa / farmhouse / home has been divided into a total of two separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms. Experience the Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea from the holiday rental (9 km 6 mi). In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 11 km (7 mi) from the property where you can purchase your food and personal items.

The property is made up of 2 apartments contiguous to each other, which share the entrance gate, the swimming pool and the barbecue.
