La Villetta is a lovely stone building with a total of two private apartments that is conveniently located in the centre of Forte Dei Marmi, Italy and only 14 km (9 mi) from Viareggio. La Villetta, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Appartamento Filippo (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on two levels and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
There is a kitchen including coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished balcony is the perfect setting to enjoy food, family and the lovely Tuscan weather.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
