The Apartment House "Certopiano" is a historic property built in 1700, situated 200 meters above sea level. It consists of four apartments and is located in a secluded, sunny and tranquil position in the countryside, 16 kilometers from the center of Vinci, 30 kilometers from the center of Florence, and 78 kilometers from the center of Pisa. The property covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and is surrounded by a fenced garden of 1,000 square meters, where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

One of the main features of the property is the large shared swimming pool, which measures 14 x 6 meters and has a depth of 120-240 cm. The pool is available for use from May 6th to September 30th, and is maintained by the owner/gardener. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax on the sun loungers while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. There is also an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue area for guests to use. Parking is available on the premises.

In terms of amenities, there is a grocery store and a supermarket located 1.6 kilometers away, and the sandy beach of Versilia is 78 kilometers away.
