This level also includes 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and individual access to the terrace. A compact kitchen on this floor is fitted with an oven, a gas stove, and 4 gas rings, along with a dining table. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the first level.

On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining room awaits, also featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat screen satellite TV. This floor opens directly onto the garden and a veranda, offering excellent views of the surrounding landscape. There are 2 bedrooms on this level: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and access to the veranda, and 1 further room fitted with a double bed, a bunk bed, and air conditioning, also with direct access to the veranda.
