- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

too much family activity in and around the pool and area, everyday visits by children and family in the pool were not expected from the landlord. noise from unexpected neighbors, ruins the otherwise obvious beautiful atmosphere. not the quiet beautiful place that the ad and the pictures present.
