Unit Layout
You will stay in a comfortable and tastefully furnished 3-room house with an area of 62 square meters, spread across two levels, recently renovated in 2022. The living/sleeping room features a sofabed (75 cm wide, 200 cm long) and an open-hearth fireplace, leading to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit to the terrace as well. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom, a room with two beds, and a separate toilet. Please note that the upper floor rooms have low door heights of 180 cm and ceiling heights ranging from 120 to 210 cm, with panoramic windows.

Amenities Included
During your vacation, you can enjoy the following amenities: air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodations (maximum one pet/dog allowed), an open-hearth fireplace, a private patio, and heating available. The maximum capacity is five guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Other Information
The property offers a beautiful distant view of the sea and the resort. Outdoor spaces include a partly roofed patio and a terrace with furniture and deck chairs. Additional facilities provided are an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, a hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. For the 2024 season, a bio-pool (approximately 10x5m, with a depth of 0.40-1.50m) will be finalized.
