The two apartments are connected by an external staircase, and the first-floor apartment benefits from its own external loggia, providing a charming elevated space to enjoy the surrounding countryside views.

The property is divided into 2 distinct apartments, each with its own character and layout, connected by an external staircase. The first-floor apartment, known as Girasole, is designed for up to 8 guests and features a welcoming living room with a decorative fireplace and television, 3 double bedrooms, and 1 twin bedroom, served by 2 bathrooms each equipped with a shower. An external loggia extends the living space outdoors, offering a pleasant area to relax and take in the views. The ground-floor apartment, known as Stalla, accommodates up to 5 guests and presents a generous and versatile layout. It includes a large living and dining room with a table seating 12, a separate living room with a fireplace and television, and a fully equipped large kitchen. The sleeping quarters on this floor consist of a double bedroom with an additional third bed and a matrimonial bedroom. A small bathroom with shower serves this apartment. A music and mp3 player is also available within the Stalla apartment for guests' entertainment.

Other Information

Upon arrival, guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit of 500€, which will be returned at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property subject to an additional weekly charge. A baby cot and extra bed are also available for guests who require them. Please note that the property does not have outdoor car charging stations and is not equipped with a facility suitable for home-system electric vehicle charging. Information regarding the nearest available charging stations will be provided upon request. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival in accordance with the regulations of the hosting municipality.
