Private parking is available for your convenience throughout your stay.

The large covered terrace adjacent to the main building serves as the perfect setting to enjoy your meals whilst taking in the scenic views. The expansive grass lawn offers ample space for relaxation on comfortable garden furniture positioned throughout the grounds. The swimming pool area includes an outdoor shower and is beautifully framed by hedges and aromatic herbal plants, creating a private oasis for guests. The cottage benefits from its own driveway with dedicated private parking space. The outdoor areas are enhanced by the presence of aromatic plants such as rosemary and lavender, adding to the sensory experience of this rural retreat.

Unit Layout

The independent villa accommodates a maximum capacity of 10 guests in the main building and 4 additional guests in the cottage. The property offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms distributed across the two structures. The main building sleeps 8 plus 2 guests and features a large living room with fireplace on the ground floor, with two doors leading to the covered terrace and garden. The ground floor also contains a spacious country-style kitchen with marble top and a fireplace barbecue, a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and garden access, a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room. The first floor of the main building comprises 2 double bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, with a seating area between the bedrooms furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed. This floor also includes 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The cottage accommodates 2 plus 2 guests and has a large entrance leading to an expansive living area with open kitchen, characterized by very high ceilings with exposed bricks and beams. The master bedroom overlooks the olive grove, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower. A spiral staircase ascends to a beautiful loft with partially low ceiling, containing a single bed and one measuring one and a half squares. The same spiral staircase descends to the lower floor where a laundry room with washing machine and a second bathroom with shower are located.

The villa is equipped with comprehensive amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a microwave, oven, dishwasher and kettle, complemented by a traditional fireplace barbecue and toaster. Entertainment is provided through satellite TV available in the property. Climate control is managed by central heating throughout the villa. A washing machine is conveniently located in the separate laundry areas of both the main building and the cottage. An ironing set is provided for your convenience. Additional amenities include internet connectivity and a safe for securing valuables. The outdoor barbecue fireplace in the kitchen offers the opportunity to prepare meals in traditional style.

Other Information

Check-in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, with check-out required by 10 am. The swimming pool is open from 01 May to 31 October. The rental price includes water, gas, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms, with linen changes provided weekly. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional charge per week. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality.
