Villa Michelangelo is a magnificent property situated on a gentle hill near Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, complete with olive groves, vineyards, and wildflowers. Spanning approximately 800 square metres across 3 floors, this exceptional Tuscany holiday villa accommodates up to 18 guests across 9 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for large groups and extended families.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and elegantly appointed living area featuring a fireplace and bar, a formal dining room, and a professional fully equipped kitchen. A charming veranda with sliding glass panels faces the valley and is furnished with a tea table and chairs. A dedicated laundry room provides washing, drying, and ironing facilities. This floor also includes 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. The ground floor further houses a dedicated SPA room featuring an indoor swimming pool measuring 3x5 metres, equipped with a countercurrent swimming system at a depth of 1.10 metres, hydromassage facilities, a sauna, and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, you will discover 2 suites, each comprising a double bedroom, a sitting room with a fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. An additional bedroom on this floor also features a fireplace and a private bathroom with shower. 4 further double bedrooms are located on this floor, each with its own private bathroom with shower.

On the second floor, an attic bedroom is available with a private bathroom. Please note that the lowest part of the ceiling in this bathroom reaches 180 cm.

The kitchen is outfitted with a full range of professional appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave, ensuring every culinary need is met with ease. Guests are strongly recommended to have a car at their disposal in order to fully explore the surrounding area. The nearest highway is 8 km from the villa, and the nearest train station, Castiglion Fiorentino, is approximately 10 km away. Key distances include: Foiano della Chiana, with shops and restaurants, at 5 km; Golf Club Valdichiana at 10 km; Rapolano Terme SPA at 30 km; Castelnuovo Berardenga in the Chianti area at 44 km; Cortona at 17 km; Arezzo at 27 km; Montepulciano at 27 km; Montalcino at 52 km; and Perugia at 64 km.

The minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. All guests are kindly required to bring copies of their passports upon arrival. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of €1,500 will be collected to cover any accidental damages to the property, and this amount will be returned prior to departure less any applicable charges.

Additional expenses not included in the rental price are as follows: heating and air conditioning consumption at €0.50 per kW; a mandatory final cleaning fee of €400.00; weekly use of the indoor pool and sauna at €450.00, which must be booked in advance; a city tax of €1.00 per person per day, with children under 14 years of age exempt; extra cleaning at €17.00 per hour, bookable in advance; and the addition of up to 6 single beds at €60.00 per bed per week.
