A security deposit of 800 euros is payable in cash upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any costs for damages or unpaid fees. Additional expenses are charged separately and include a final cleaning fee of 350 euros, electricity and air conditioning consumption billed at 0.70 euros per kW, and heating consumption billed at 0.19 euros per kW. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night applies for the first 7 nights of the stay, with children under 12 years of age exempted. A 3-hour cleaning session on Wednesday is included in the rental price.
