Check-in takes place between 16:00 and 19:00, while check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. Upon arrival, guests are kindly requested to provide copies of their passports.

A refundable security deposit of 800 euros is collected in cash on arrival and returned upon departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage to the property.

Several additional expenses apply during your stay. Air conditioning is available at a cost of 80.00 euros per day. A mandatory final cleaning fee of 200.00 euros is charged at the end of the stay. Heating is available on request and is metered at 5.50 euros per cubic meter, while wood is charged according to consumption. Pets are welcome on request at a cost of 100.00 euros per pet. A mandatory tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per day is also applicable.
